Please DO not go to this resort the owner is very unprofessional feeling entitled and I feel unsafe I think the owner has a mental illness. He shouted at us and said he did not want guests to show up unannounced I think because his property has no permit and might be operating illegally we just asked him if we could see the place since we were to celebrate our company anniversary and even shouted at us..creepy right?   This is the worst hotel/ resort I ever had in my entire life!!! We reserved one family room and a couple's room. But what they gave me is a room with a broken bed and a low bed frame which is not what I saw in the ad. I asked for them to transfer me and I begged them to give me the decent room that we paid for. Because we drove 16 hours in total and we had a product presentation to one of our clients in Tuguegarao and tomorrow we have a two days activity in Sta Ana, Cagayan. Since the resort was fully booked, we have no choice but to book here despite all the bad reviews. One of my colleagues bought our drinks and he also was given bad service by the owner of the resort. Zibo Dazhong Edible Chemical Company Ltd located in Shandong China. I created this blog to warn those who would like to do business with them. They will ruin your business by ignoring you after receiving the 30% downpayment. Then they let you run into them like dogs and beg for them to start their production. Then after three months they said they have already produced it. Only after we have delivered the goods to the client that we know that what they did was they delivered blocks instead of lumps that will measure 20mm only what they delivered was aluminum sulfate blocks as big as one kilo per blocks. This bank has the worst customer service. For just one month deliquency they will treat you like a crap.I wont recommend this bank they are the worst people to deal with. They seems to have no training in being pathethic human being. They are not training their people and maybe they are getting just any one who applies to them with no educationa background at all. One of my friend called me and she was crying because she got a call from one of the collection agency that tells her that if she will not pay all of her debt to citibank before 12 noon she will be reported to the court and asked her to get her lawyer. I would like to write a positive blog today.  Have you ever felt so helpless because of financial problems, health, and even love life issues?  There are times when we think that we never really have an option to fix our problems.  Have we really exerted all our efforts to solve it? Maybe some of you will say, YES 120% of my power has been done already but seems that nothing has even changed the situation. The reason is because we are relying on our own attainment, which in reality is that we CAN'T do it alone.  God is there.  I wanted you to know that no matter how hard the situation is, if we continue to ask for help, God is there to hear us.  Sometimes maybe He wanted us to completely surrender to HIM, because  we are being swallowed by our own pride that because we thought that we did our best to solve our problems, now we thought that it was our own decision that led to the solution.  Surrender your anxiety to Him who always there to listen....
