This Manufacturer is a cheater and a scam. Beware of their product at first order they gave us troublw ti customs then after we lost more than $25,000.00 and after all the traumatizjng experience they disappear and wont at least help you with the damages they have created.
Then we delivered their products and then our customers returned the goods because their chlorine cannot be dilluted. Never order from this company for they are scammers. We dealth with them ten years ago and they did the same thing again to us after giving them the second chance.
They also fake goods. we are getting china brand chlorine from them for our Aquafarm Industries but when we test the goods they promised 70% but upon checking their chlorine is just 63% and all the plastic inside was ruined. I tried to speak to their representative which I have met during our Plant visit in China like what we usually do for Japan, US and India Manufacturer. They did not care at all, they served less than the number of kilos we have agreed and paid. all their drums are 40 kilos instead of 45 kilos so a total of 1,680 kilos lacking in that shipment and they cheat us about 2,000 US dollars and they did not want to agree and accept their intended cheating to their international clients. I am writing this blog in order to give warning to those company who they would steal their customer's trust and will treat them like a crap after getting thousands of dollars and trust that cannot be taken back.
